Initially released in an unmastered form on Soundcloud. the full version of ‘Real Love Baby’ is an ode to the soft-rock era of the 70’s and allows FJM to once again preach the virtues of finding that special someone. Hued with hints of country and folk, it epitomises his ability to broach the subject of relationships with a sweetness that avoids schmaltzy tropes and cliches yet remains unrepentantly in favour of traditional, monogamous connection.
