AFTER an extended break, Glasgow-based act Indoor Foxes have returned with a new single ‘Butterfly Boy’.

Having spent the time honing in on their sound, the track marks a point of progression for the outfit, showcasing a more developed, well-rounded sound with big, grungy guitars underpinned by a commanding lead vocal. Backed by chugging rhythms and guitars, it’s a slow-burner of a track that gains in intensity as it reaches the four-minute mark.

And the lyrics are every bit as impactful. They said ““Butterfly Boy is my commentary on the fragility of men and their relationships between each other, but it also comes from a place of real hurt, crying out to be heard. We are so surrounded by violence and this is the repercussions.”
