A flurry of hype follows Lola Young’s every move at the moment, and she’s reinforced that with the release of new track ‘So Sorry’.
Nominated for BRIT Rising Star 2022 and set to embark on her biggest UK tour to date, the track is a moving example of her increasingly impressive songwriting prowess.
Centred around her revealing lyric, ‘So Sorry’ is an expression of honesty that acknowledges the darker aspects of her character.
She says: ‘So Sorry’ is a song I wrote about my toxic traits in a relationship. I got super vulnerable and honest on this track and I hadn’t yet written a song about how difficult I can be when I’m with someone. I feel like a lot of other people are going to be able to relate to the feeling of saying sorry far too much.”
