THE MAGIC GANG have pleased fans everywhere with the announcement that their long awaited debut album is finally on its way. Following a string of consistently good singles and EPs, the Brighton-based quartet have revealed that their self-titled LP will be released on 16th March.
Undoubtedly one of the most prolific outfits to emerge from the UK in recent times, it seems that after all these years of build up, the band are just getting started. Revealed as Annie Mac’s ‘Hottest Record’, the four-piece have given us a tantalising teaser of what’s to come by sharing massive indie-rock banger called ‘Getting Along’. Earnest and heartfelt, the track swells and soars exactly where it needs to and boasts yet another heavyweight chorus; brilliantly addictive and instantly lovable.
A band who have nailed the ability to write jubilant indie anthems, they bring their raucous live show to Glasgow’s King Tut’s as part of a nationwide tour on 25th March.
