AN
ambitious young Scottish four piece that’s been slowly but surely ascending the ranks in Glasgow’s fertile scene, it seems as though now is Patersani’s time to firmly establish themselves within not only the confines of Scotland but far beyond.

Tipped for greatness by prominent commentators such as Jim Gellatly and fresh from pulling off the coup of selling out the hallowed King Tut’s Wah Wah Hut in January, the band have sent out a a statement of intent with the exciting ‘Ofelia’.

Beginning with a gripping riff that sets the scene for what’s to follow, ‘Ofelia’ harbours the anthemic qualities of latter day Kings Of Leon and a sense of unfettered passion for their craft that’s sure to carry them far.

Undoubtedly the most immediate track in their catalogue and one which is a testament to their affinity for unabashedly catchy hooks, irrepressible percussion and a sense of deriving true joy from what they do, ‘Ofelia’ is sure to stand them in good stead as they continue to progress throughout the year.

‘Ofelia’ is available from today while those looking to catch the band live can do so at their special single launch at The Garage’s Attic Bar on the 2nd April.
