unnamedTHE BAND: Returning from a lengthy hiatus, the re-emergence of The Prodigy into the fray has been met with open arms falling an over saturation of what many have labelled ‘EDM.’ Looking to reintegrate themselves firmly into the music industry’s collective conciousness with a new album and an extensive touring schedule, Braintree’s resident dance icons have released the visuals for ‘Wild Frontier’, the third track to surface from their forthcoming album.

THE SOUND: As has been extremely common throughout the bulk of their new material, the band has attempted to simultaneously hark back to their classic sound whilst adapting it for modern audiences. Landing somewhere between Music For The Jilted Generation’s rampant experimentation and the more rock influenced elements prevalent throughout Invaders Must Die, this track is likely to provoke an influx of new converts straying from the more mundane dance music that is sweeping the industry.

THE VIDEO: Continuing the recurring fox motif that is depicted on the forthcoming record’s cover and subsequent videos, the animated video features a myriad of animals banding together in order to prevent any more of their fellow forest dwelling creatures being slain by hunters.

THE LOWDOWN: The Day Is My Enemy will be released on the 30th March 2015 via Cooking Vinyl, whilst those looking to catch the band on their extensive return to live performance can do so on the dates below not to mention slots at T In The Park and The Isle Of Wight among others.
