The band: A brand new guitar-infused indie synth pop band from Glasgow, Team Player are made up of former members of Scottish band The Dykeenies – remember them? – with Brian, Andy and Alan Henderson of that band teaming up with Chris Kerr and Mickey McQueen for this new musical venture.
The sound: This is the only track the band have released and is a great introduction to what we can expect from the five piece. It’s fresh and current driven with melodic riffs and infectious lyrics.
