Uninvited ‘I Feel A Bit Weird’

UNINVITED have shared their long-awaited debut EP ‘I Feel A Bit Weird’ via LAB Records.

The five-track collection shares previously heard singles ‘Gonna Get Better’, ‘Friends With Massacre’ and ‘Here’s Looking At You, Kid!’, plus ‘Portrait of a Femme’ and ‘Survivor’s Guilt’.

A powerful encapsulation of the band’s journey to date, they shed the playful, pop-leaning sound of their earlier material in favour of a more direct, forceful and rocky-heavy approach that finds inspiration in the likes of Blink 182, Neck Deep, Hot Milk and the pop-punk end of the spectrum.

The empowering, relatable themes are still present and correct though (see the latter two tracks in particular) – emphatically delivered with the help of buzzsaw guitars, a powerful rhythm section and impressive vocal harmonies.
