The four-piece, who will be appearing at Tenement Trail on 8th October, are beginning to carve out their own signature sound, based around uplifting pop melodies, soaring atmospherics, powerful lead vocals and sparkling synths. Building momentum from the start, ‘Zurich’ is four minutes of pure pop bliss, channelling eighties feel-good vibes but also drawing influence from other contemporary Scottish synth-pop acts like Chvrches and Prides.

The vibrancy of the track contrasts with its darker lyrics as the band explore “anxiety and self-doubt, and the extreme lengths people will go to overcome them”; ultimately offering hope through the darkness with the message that no is alone. Bursting with cathartic energy on the dance-worthy chorus, it is a track that will make people sit up and take notice of the four-piece as they continue to generate interest.

‘Zurich’ comes out on September 16th via Choose Rude Records. Catch the band at this year’s Tenement Trail where their soaring electro-pop tunes are bound to transfer into a captivating live show.
