ANTEROS rewarded their longest serving fans with the release of ‘Bonnie’ earlier this month, a song which has been a live favourite since their very earliest shows.

The single arrived after what has been a huge breakthrough year for the band, smashing slots at Reading & Leeds, TRNSMT, Glastonbury and our very own Tenement Trail along with tours supporting Two Door Cinema Club and Sundara Karma.

Revisiting their irresistible combo of sharply defined power pop with a nostalgic new wave gloss, ‘Bonnie’ confirmed everything we knew and loved about the band upon its release; exuding bags of energy and a life-affirming message that leaves you yearning for the weekend. The addictive pop gem has now been accompanied by a brand new video which sees two female characters dancing together in a boxing ring.

Speaking about the clip, vocalist Laura Hayden says: This is my first co-direct, it was so much fun being completely involved in the project from start to finish. We wanted to work towards something that ties the double AA side together. Love, equality and Women Power: working together instead of against each other.”
