A fully fledged institution of modern psychedelia that have never dipped in popularity since landing with authority upon the musical world in the early 90’s, there is little that that can stir excitement in the disillusioned fan of the modern era more than a new album from The Brian Jonestown Massacre.
Fronted by the constantly innovating and sonically unburdened Anton Newcombe, a new track from the band’s upcoming record Third World Pyramid has been revealed in the shape of ‘Don’t Get Lost.’
Despite being aired by a pre-release download from the new album, Anton was all too happy to share this new fanshot video with the world and the sublime new track which soundtracks it. Filled with euphoric horns and a hypnotic, engulfing groove which threatens to override all of your senses, ‘Don’t Get Lost’ is another example of BJM at their finest as they meld the transcendant sounds of the 60’s with their own revolutionary techniques.
Third World Pyramid will be released on the 28th October via Cargo Records.
