POST-HARDCORE titans At The Drive In have sent fans into frenzy with the announcement of their first full-length release in 17 years. Entitled in • ter a • li • a (Latin for ‘among other things’), the 11-track album is set to arrive on May 5th through Rise Records.

Alongside the news, the band have unveiled a brand new single called ‘Incurably Innocent’. Propelled forward by that unmistakable At The Drive In sound, it is thunderous from start to finish; hitting you square in the face with a relentless onslaught of frantic riffs and thrashing drums. Full of the dissonant guitar work that they have become known for, it’s a thrilling insight into the forthcoming album; Cedric Bixler-Zavala’s signature wail becoming increasingly strained as the intensity ramps up.

Produced by the band’s Omar Rodriguez-Lopez alongside Rich Costey (Muse, Biffy Clyro, Frank Turner) the record follows on from 2000 seminal album Relationship of Command and is their fourth studio LP to date. ‘Incurable Innocent’, said to be “a song about sexual abuse and being able to finally speak out”, follows the cutting dark commentary of their early material will feature  on the album alongside the previously released ‘Governed By Contagions’.
