THE Linda Lindas pay tribute to a feline friend on their new punk scorcher ‘Nino’.
It’s been some year for the band who first exploded onto the guitar scene in March this year with a viral video of their first-ever single ‘Racist, Sexist Boy’. Since then, they’ve made their first TV appearance and shared their infectious single ‘Oh!’.
Now they’re bookending their brilliant year with this thrashing new number, which is an ode to guitar player Bela’s cat. Short and sweet, it’s a tale of companionship delivered with style and intensity.
The band say, “If you listen carefully there is a real-life, remarkably talented cat named Lil Dude playing piano on it. (We have the footage!) Enjoy!”
