BRIGHTON dream-poppers Thyla have confirmed the release of their debut album later this year and have also shared a shimmering new track called ‘Breathe’.
The beauty is in the details with this track as the band zero in on heightened feelings of loneliness, shedding the grungier aesthetic of previous outings in favour of glistening melancholy and immersive textures. It’s all built around ethereal vocals and a subtle earworm of a synth line that gradually eases its way into your subconscious with every listen.
