Clockenflap

As the popularity with music festivals and indeed, overseas festivals continue to rise, people are looking outside the box, and the UK to seek out the best festival experience.

Combining your holiday and festival together is often the best way to see as many of your favourite bands as possible as the sun beats down- and as the sun shines across the globe during our cold winter months, festivals like Clockenflap in sunny Hong Kong are ticking all the boxes.

Taking place between 29th November and 1st December, temperatures can reach up to 29 degrees. Sunshine aside though, this festival has a lot to offer; featuring seven stages, an arts village and an eclectic rock and dance line-up, Clockenflap is pulling crowds from all over the globe to catch some of the best bands around in the sun while the UK ploughs away the snow.

Black Rebel Motorcycle Club will play the opening day of the festival amongst Irish festival favourites Two Door Cinema Club and UK electronic act Four Tet. Saturday will see Franz Ferdinand headline as they play alongside disco legends Chic Ft. Nile Rodgers. Other acts to make the bill include The 1975, Gold Panda and a talented mix of local talent including Casey Anderson and Manic Sheep.

The final day of the festival sees 2ManyDJs play amongst other legendary dance acts to bring the three day festival to a close.
